The Curtis offers affordable housing apartments for qualifying applicants. Our community includes 63 affordable homes integrated throughout five residential buildings on a scenic 15-acre campus. Residents enjoy an amenities-rich clubhouse, pool, playground, dog park, fire pit, grilling stations, and outdoor dining areas. Homes feature stainless-steel appliances, solid-surface countertops, and in-unit washers and dryers, with elevators available in each building.
